Bali – Có đáng để trải nghiệm?
Balinese people are mainly Hindu, so they pay great attention to worship. Along the way, you will encounter a lot of plates made of leaves, with small flowers, candy, eggs on the road, quite surprising at first. However, after a week on the island, the scene was very familiar.
Bali – Is it worth the experience?
SCENE, CULTURE
Bali tourism – has a diverse Hindu culture, the scenery, culture and people here are completely different from where we live even though they are only a few hours apart.
I am really impressed with this place from the country to the people. Their houses are only built with 1 floor, the architecture is also very special, really at a glance, I can’t distinguish which is the house and which is the temple anymore. People are mainly Hindu, so they are very interested in worship, walking along the road you will encounter many plates made of leaves, with small flowers, candy, eggs on the road, at first quite surprised. but after a week on the island, the scene was very familiar.
Indo people are very friendly and kind, remember once on the island of Nusa Penida when we were going, we changed our mind not to return but continued to Crystal Bay, so the other way around, a passer-by turned and asked: “You guys where to go? Lost your way?” “Fairly good-natured!

EXPENSE
Last time I went to China, I couldn’t speak English, so I had to go on a tour. This time Bali travel English can be used, so we chose to go by ourselves, make our own plans, book our own rooms, book tickets. Everything is self-sufficient, so I remember it very well, not like going on a tour like running a show.
Time: 7 days (7/12-13/12) rainy season
Climate: Bali is divided into two distinct seasons: the rainy season from November to April and the dry season from May to October every year. We decided to book tickets quickly without having time to research the season, go right in the rainy season, but fortunately it only rained in the evening and morning on the first day. The rest of the days are sunny. But at home, worry about buying a raincoat. But you guys are in the right season Bali travel will be brutally crowded, the cost of renting a room is high.
Indo currency: 1IDM = 1600 VND
Flight tickets: 15 million / 2 people (I booked 2 months ago because of improvisation, everyone planning to hunt for cheap tickets about 5 million). I booked a transit through Kuala Lumpur of Air Asia.
Room booking: 5 million
Move: 3 million Bali does not have much public transportation. So from the airport to Bali, we booked on Klook with a car available, moving on the island mainly rented motorbikes and grab or gojek. If you go in a large group, you can rent a big car cheaply by the day because indo’s gasoline is very cheap 16k/full of motorbike.
Eating: Cost: 5 million (including train tickets, tickets to visit places)
TOTAL: 28 million (2ng) If you go in a large group, it will be much cheaper

JOURNEY OF DISCOVERY
We had to consult and plan, edit many times to be reasonable. When it’s time to go, just follow the plan without thinking much and take the time to enjoy everything.
Day 1: Hanoi – Kuala Lumpur – Bali
Flight from Hanoi to Kuala Lumpur at 9am takes 3 hours. At 12 o’clock I arrived at Kul airport, at this time 13:00 pm, 1 hour difference compared to VN. We booked separate trips, did not choose the starting point is Hanoi and the end point is Bali. I choose to fly Air Asia transit at Kul.
The advantage you choose this way is that it will be cheaper and you can control the time, don’t have to wait for the next flight for too long. The downside is that you will have to enter Kul, get your luggage, then check in yourself, send your luggage in and then exit again. So you choose to wait for the next flight for about 5-6 hours to have time to check in because it is very crowded in Kul. I waited 5 hours was enough.
Flight from Kul – Bali: 6am – 9am
Entry to Bali It was so crowded, we had to wait about 45 minutes for our turn. You should remember in this area absolutely do not raise your phone to take pictures. Some of you lined up near the immigration turn, then raised your phone to take a selfie, then the security forced you to go out to keep your passport, maybe until the night to return.
Airport – hotel: I booked a car on Klook with 180k which is quite cheap. Always put the sim on here, but on that day, they told me that the sim was out of order, so I had to ask the driver to take me to buy a 250k – 10G sim (used to find the way)
At the airport, I tried to change money from USD to IDR (Indonesian currency).
Day 2: Sanur – Nusa Penida Island
I chose a hotel in Sanur to walk to the pier the next morning to save time. The pier has many different carriers and runs as early as 7am. But we chose the 8 o’clock train because it rained the next morning and the day before it was quite late.
I choose to take the train of Dwi Manunggal company 700k / ticket (round trip). There are many different brands here, with only a slight difference in price. Remember to check the airline’s return time, remember to wear short pants and wading sandals because you have to wade for a distance of 5-10m to get to the train. You can bring your luggage with you, someone from the train company can help you transfer to the train.
Bali travel journey begins
It took 45 minutes by train, we arrived Nusa Penida Island. On the ship, I took advantage of sleep so I didn’t know what seasickness was, took a nap to get strength to go to the island to play. I got there around 9am. I rented a homestay near the pier, it took 10 minutes to walk. It wasn’t time to check in, so we sent our luggage and rented a car from the owner for about 70 IDM for 1 day, refilled with 10 IDM gas to run the whole day, gas here is cheap as cold water.
With a full tank of gas, we ran all the way to Kelingking Beach, about 15km. The road here is very bad, extremely bad, full of potholes, bouncing up and down, so girls with weak hands should go carefully or find a separate driver before going. Remember to check the car like brakes, tires, headlights… Remember not to come back too much, there are no street lights here. Remember to download the map first, but the deeper you go into the mountain, there is no 4G signal or you can ask along the way or follow the signpost.
Arrive Kelingking Beach around 11am, such a beautiful scene, never seen such a beautiful scene. The majestic and beautiful scene here makes me want to keep looking at it. From above, Kelingking Beach looks like a giant dinosaur crawling into a mountain cave, on the left is a small island resembling dinosaur eggs, on the right is a white sandy beach, deep blue water. We decided to climb down to the long sandy beach below, thinking it was simple but actually the way down was very difficult. I did some physical exercise before going, but when climbing, it was too sunny, so I was really tired and thought I would faint. You should consider when climbing down. But when you come down, you will be mesmerized by Kelingking beach, it is really beautiful.
Bye bye Kelingking beach we continue to move to Crystal Bay. A true beach for bathing, blue sea, golden sunshine and sand, there are quite a few oil stains. We stopped by here for a bit and then came back around mid-afternoon. Take a shower and rest for dinner after a rather tiring day.
Day 3: Angel Billabong – Broken Beach – Ubud
At 8 am we set off on the way to Angel BilabongIt was a little cloudy, the more I went, the more sunny it was. It took us 1 hour to get to Angel, the road was extremely bad, the way to Kelingking was only half as bad, so bad. Send the car and then you move along the road to see Broken BeachThe view from above is quite beautiful. After taking pictures of this area, I walked back to Angel Billabong. If you don’t pay attention, you won’t see a lake between the two rocks, the turquoise color stands out among the dark rocks and the blue of the sea right next to it, you can move down.
Then we boarded the bus back around 12, checked out and waited at 2pm to return to the pier Sanur. The homestay owner is very friendly and even drove us to the pier.
We returned to Sanur about 3 hours, rented a grab car about 120IDM straight up Ubud, the road here is quite small, or congested. Arrived at around 4pm, so overwhelmed Bali jungle huts – The hotel I rented in the forest, too large, true to Balinese style, mountains and forests, birds chirping, staff is extremely friendly, it took us 45 minutes to explore and take photos of this area. Remember to buy mosquito spray to bring because there are a lot of mosquitoes here.
Day 4: Tirta Empul Temple – Tanah Lot
In the morning, I rented a car for 30 IDM / morning and followed the map in one go Tirta Empul Temple. Before entering the temple, each visitor is given a sarong to wrap around. The entrance ticket price is 15 IDM/person. If you want to immerse yourself, wash yourself, you can rent a locker and rent another sarong to go down to the pool. Sarong borrowed from outside the gate must not be worn in the water. Balinese people believe that bathing at this temple will help cleanse, purify themselves, bring health and good luck. The water flowing from the holy pond is always clear. People can step down and step on the gravel laid in the swimming pool and immerse themselves in the cool water.
Returned to check out but we couldn’t call for a grab because there was no grab in this area, we had to rent a hotel car to return. Tanah Lot 400 IDM price. We chose the hotel right next to Talalot temple to watch the sunset because the water receded in the afternoon to get out close to the temple. Since I live in this area, I should buy tickets right from the time I enter 60 IDM / person.
Day 5: Tanah Lot – Kuta – Uluwatu temple
Wake up in the morning to have breakfast and continue to explore around Tanah Lot, surrounded by the sea, every corner is beautiful, including the sky gate, the typical design of Indonesia.
Afternoon check out and return KutaComing here, it is crowded and different from the places I have just passed, crowded, traffic jams, many centers, restaurants, supermarkets. After checking in the room, we rented a motorbike to the temple Uluwatu temple to watch the sunset. Coming here is really not as beautiful as I thought, just watching from afar.
Day 6: Kuta – Kuala lumpur
Walking around in the morning, at 10:30, we went to the airport to return to Kul. Returning to Kul around 5pm, we rented a hotel near the central station, so that we could take advantage of our time to visit the Petronas towers. We pre-booked the bus from the airport to the central station on Klook, the round trip ticket is about MYR 20. Go back to check in and then take the subway to the dining tower to take pictures and return at 10pm. Everyone remember that if you leave early at 10:30, there will be no train back.
Day 7: Kuala Lumpur – Hanoi
At the end of the 7-day journey, there are too many interesting things. An island with many beautiful landscapes, reasonable prices, friendly and attentive people. It’s worth the experience, ladies.
Note: This journey is only suitable for women who want to experience, without children. If you have children, you should choose a resort that will be more appropriate. But coming to Bali without experiencing it is really a pity.
